<description>Hand embroidered breakfast set 3pcs circa 1950.  This white linen set consists of a tray cloth 16.5 by 22.5 and 2 napkins 14 inches square.  The design elements are floral with colorful flowers hand embroidred along the edges of the tray cloth and in on corner of each napkin, the edges are hand turned and stitched with little embroidered leaves, lovely handwork.  This set is in excellent condition, I have washed and pressed it.</description>

The edges are scalloped with hand embroidered button hole stitches, the design elements are floral with colorful bouquets of flowers  red, yellow, pink and blue  in the corners and edges of the placemats and in one corner of each napkin, beautiful, skilled handwork   The set is in excellent condition; I have washed and pressed it.</description>

<description>Madeira linen luncheon set 17pcs circa 1950.  This ecru linen set consists of a runner 16.5 by 35 inches, 8 placemats 11 by 16 inches and 8 napkins 15 inches square.  The hand drawnwork and embroidered designs have scrolls and classic fruit, I see apples, pears, cherries and grapes.  The edges are done in hand embroidered button hole stitches, lovely handwork.  There is a faint stain on 2 napkins, the set is otherwise in excellent condition, I have washed and pressed it.</description>

There is a pink stain a bit over and inch wide, the lace is otherwise in excellent, strong condition.  This came from a family that has been dealing in lace since the mid 1800s, this was part of their private collection, I will give the provenance to the buyer.  It s hard to find lace like this in yardage.</description>

<description>Handmade French Alencon needle lace circa 1780.  There are 3 lengths of this cream lace, they measures 4 by 66, 49 and 122 inches for a total of 237 inches  6.58 yards .  This lace is entirely handmade including the mesh, the designs are very fine, you will need magnification to see the tiny little picots in the outline, lovely little fine filling stitches in the flowers and leaves.  This lace is in excellent, strong condition.  This came from a family that has been dealing in lace since the mid 1800s, this was part of their private collection, I will give the provenance to the buyer.  It s hard to find lace like this in yardage.</description>

There are 2 lengths of this ecru French lace, one measures 3 by 125 inches and the other 3 by 39 inches for a total of 164 inches  4.55 yards .  The mesh of this lace is made using tiny buttonhole stitches that you need magnification to see, the design elements are organic.  This lace requires skill and a great deal of time to make.  This lace is museum quality, This lace is in excellent, strong condition.  This came from a family that has been dealing in lace since the mid 1800s, this was part of their private collection, I will give the provenance to the buyer.  This is a rare, difficult lace to find.</description>
